The territory of the hotel is elegant and very comfortable for beach leisure: chaise-longs, tables, sheds and even Wi-Fi on the beach! The taxi called by reception is there in 2-3 minutes.
The restaurant service was very slow and once we've been served coffee made long before our order. So we had to ask to change it.

We loved this small friendly hotel right on the beach. The staff in the restaurant were particularly helpful and some English was spoken. The rooms were good and of a high standard, but as is normal for this area do not expect hot water in the showers! Stepping out onto the beach was great and the tent like shades were much appreciated, as was the warm sea and jolly atmosphere from Colombians enjoying their New Year Holidays. Some great trips were available from this location, and at reasonable cost. We would definitely return to the Hotel Tequendama Inn Santa Marta.

The hotel had a great view of the local beach and was in a tranquil spot away from the bustle of the city. the personnel were very courteous and helpful in every aspect. the rooms were clean and modern, and the beach access was great for a relaxing New Year's Eve.
The pool was rather small and the restaurant menu was very limited and expensive. the hotel was a bit isolated, so it was necessary to take a taxi to town for more dining options or activities.

Hotel right on the beach and great views of the ocean from the room. The signal for the internet was excellent which helped me work remotely for some hours. , the calmness of the ocean was very pleasant to have a swim.
Not much to do nearby, better take a taxi to go and have some food or drinks at night. the room was full of mosquitos and we had to spend over two hours killing them.

I was initially concerned about the internet connectivity, but to my surprise, it was flawless throughout the entire property. The oceanfront views from my room were breathtaking, making me feel like I was on vacation even while working remotely. Not to mention, the calmness of the ocean was an added bonus. The warm welcome from the front desk staff and personal greeting from the general manager truly made me feel valued as a guest.
